Building and Grounds Maintenance Worker
Job Description:
- Perform skilled maintenance work on buildings, equipment and grounds.
Experience with the following is preferred:
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Faucets, valves, pumps, drains, sinks, urinals, pipes.
- Electrical boxes, motors and lighting fixtures.
-Computer wiring, security systems, video and audio systems.
- Boilers, lubrication pumps
- Lawn maintenance
Qualifications;
- High School Diploma or GED
- Michigan Driver's License
- 2 years of experience in skille dbuilding maintenance work
